Need help with developer account setup and publishing

Hi guys, currently i have an app ready to be uploaded. At first out of 6 times trying to publish from gamesalad, only once was successful and the rest came out with server errors.
Next i would like to find out about the provisional certificates. do we use the same CSR to request for both development and distribution certificates? Does the provisional profiles name need to be the same?
Under provisioning profile creation for both development and distribution i'm also not very sure are those the same or different profiles??
Wasn't able to upload the .app file under application loader as it asked for some sku and bundle id stuff. I'm really lost even looking at apple's support video it doesn't cover every detail.

i couldn't view the videos as there're block by firewall.
Anyway i read on another forum that the SKU is just a series of no. i can declare, is that right?

yup just put any random number you want like "3214324" or "54325322" or "78907532" Just ran my fingers randomly through the keypad

Okay, how abt the app id creation? Every individual app you upload needs to use a new app id?
Meaning everytime i just change the com.XXXXXXX."new app name" ??

you will need to have an ID for every app
firewall?

Hi again, so does that mean i have to change the provisioning profile with the correct app id whenever i publish a new game?
