Hi guys. I finally got my developer program to activate. I'm stuck with Xcode. I downloaded it and everything from my snow leopard disk and installed it. Now when I connect my Ipod Touch it never gets recognized by xCode. It's not in the organizer. The organizer is just empty. I have my certificates. The Developer certificate and I'm trying to get GS viewer on my Ipod. I also made an App ID for the GS viewer and I've registered my device as well. I've also done the thing in the provisioning profiles. I'm running xCode 3.2 and my Ipod is running firmware 3.1.3. It's a 3rd Gen iTouch. It's also been jailbroken for a while. Could that be the reason or is it something else? Oh yeah. Also my device is recognized in Itunes.

Earlier today, I used iTunes to transfer the GameSalad Viewer provisioning profile to my iPhone 4. That might be something to try.

How were you able to do that? I tried dragging it into iTunes and it didn't work. Should I restore to 4.0 and see if that works?

iTunes ..nah. I would use iPhone Configuration Utility http://support.apple.com/kb/DL851 or Xcode organiser for all things to do with provisioning profiles, they are designed for the job.

Yup I added my device to the development devices, but it's not that I get any errors. When I plug in my iPod and quit iTunes after it's been recognized and open up xCode nothing happens. The developer tutorial says that it should ask if I want to add this device as a developer device, but it doesn't get picked up at all.
