Game predicament

im in a predicament with my game that im working on. Im making a "clone" of the game "rotate and roll". I first saw the game online and thought it was really cool and wanted to make an ipad game of it. The problem is the after I made the main controls of the game and 10 levels, I looked up the game on the app store to see if I would need to change the name and turns out there is already "rotate and roll" game and its EXACTLY like the one im making.

Although the graphics are different (except for the main character, which isn't to hard to make any way) and the controls are close to the same. Do you think I will have any copyright issues?

Should I try submitting the lite version to see if it goes through?

UPDATE: my game is for ipad, the original is iphone

    you wont have any copyright issues as long as its named different and level layouts are different. cannot copyright concept or gameplay though.

    Although I would try and at least make the art design somewhat different.

    Im having Copyright issues, even though my game is only the same stele, but very different game, but then names are Almost identical.
    It will go throughout, but then you can jhave problems, better not to have problems

    I do have Copyright problems, with Same Style, Different Game, and names: ePig Rush vs Pig Rush.

    Your problem is the name and then the style is what they a backing it up with. ePig and Pig are to close. but changing your games name will fix your issue
