Application Loader Is Currently Unavailable???

Hey, I am trying to publish my game to the app store using the application loader. Every time I try to send my zipped app it opens in application loader and it says "Application Loader is currently unavailable" "We're having trouble connecting to the itunes store. Please try again later."An error occurred talking to the itunes store."

Any one know how to fix this?
