priority support + 768 x 1004 splash screen questions

Why 768 x 1004 on the splash screen?

And how does priority support work? Do we get an email address or phone number?

    The reason is something to do with the maximum resolution when the status bar is displayed. Not sure why it is necessary as the status bar is not displayed, but it looks fine if you just resize by 20 pixels.

    Priority support is an odd one of their pro features as there is no obvious way to get it. I simply label stuff up as priority pro support when I send them a mail, doesn't seem to be any quicker though.

    I've actually submitted a few things through bug reports requesting an answer and even as pro never heard back.

    Hmmm. Signed up for pro, but all I got was a congratulations! email. I would have liked an email address for support. I still would.
