Update screenshots on iTunes Connect

As my first app I wonder if I can update screenshots submitted on iTunes Connect or not? Or can I update screenshots once app is approved?

    you have to update screenshot while submit the binary otherwise you game will reject. after your game approval you can update the screenshot and it will update with in few mins in itunes.

    yes first user impress with icon and 2nd screenshot both are playing major role for selling you game.
