edited November -1 in Announce Your Game!
Hey Gamesalad World, I had my app out for about 3 months now, but about 2 weeks ago i got an email from Apple saying that the name of my app is copyright from some toy in USA, as I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I had no idea there was even a toy name "Sky Ball" So now i need to get a new name for my app and i was thinking maybe the Gamesalad Forums could help me out.

Below is 30 Codes to download my app, After you use the code, please post which code you took and the name you think it should be called. You really be helping me out. If you could leave a review as well, that would be amazing

Cheers, Ash

Floating ball. Sorry, but I don't really like it.

I would ask them how a toy name and game name are affected be each other. I bet you can find other games with same name toys out there as long as its not like a game toy and your app is the same game just on the phone.

A Sky Ball is a type of popular ball that claims that it can bounce up to 75 feet. when I had it as a kid, it only went up ten feet. Talk about false advertising.

There was a "Super Ball" that was around in the 70's that would easily go 75 feet in the air with very little effort, and it would take body parts with it too if they got in the way. That thing used to fracture peoples eye sockets.

HAHA your showing your age there slick. I was born in '83 and we had "Super Balls" when I was in school. Same deal man if you got a real one that sucker would fly and hurt like hell if it hit you.
