MAC app to create game trailers

Hey guys.

I know this have been answered here before, but I searched many times and I cant seem to find the thread. I wanted to ask what was the name of the Mac app store app that helps you make game trailers and replaces the mouse on the screen with a white circle to simulate the touch on the iphone.

Thank you very much.

I just bought it, But I see it requires that my game is simulated at the xcode ios simulator. Do you know how do I get my gamesalad build into the xcode simulator?

Hey steve86, I was considering buying sound stage from the MAS, but before doing so, I was wondering what you thought of it? Does it have some great feature that no other app has, or it is basically the same as recording with QuickTime? Thanks!

    Hey Alex..

It does whats it suppose to do. I recorded a few scenes with it and it works well.. Although if you record on the best quality the trailer size increments very rapidly.

A neat feature is that it automatically detects the iphone screen and it records just that part of the screen, although I'm sure other programs have this feature. But hey this one is priced at only 4.99.

Another cool thing is that it lets you put a background on the video that one I liked. And it converts the mouse to a black or white little circle instead of the mouse pointer to represent the touch on the iphone.

It will save you a lot of trouble and at 4.99 I think it will save you tons of money if you compare the price of screenflow or camtasia.

    regards

looks great. but is it stuck to recording in portrait mode? can you also record in landscape?

I need it for iPad recording, which isn't supported yet. hopefully soon!

What you do to record in landscape mode is click on the iOS simulator then on the top click hardware and click rotate left or right.. that will change the simulator to landscape and sound stage will detect it

Hey steve86 I am not sure how to get my game running in the simulator. I have the viewer installed...but the part where you said "had gamesalad send it back" is confusing me. How do you go about this?
