Problem with upload app?

I have an application on sale in the app store for iphone and now want to get the same application but ipad, I have everything prepared, but connect itunes will not let me register another application because it tells me that there is already an application with that name? ? I want the same name as on application and ipad iphone, as I can do? thanks!

You're gonna have to put HD or something in the title, that name is already taken...by you.
