Im pleased to say after a long wait, SpiderBall is now on the Mac App Store.

Some people who buy games don't like games made with gamesalad. So sometimes if you want to sell copies, it's better that people don't know it's made with GS. Correct me if I'm wrong anybody lol.

I don't see why anyone would NOT want to try a GS game.
It doesn't matter 'where' it came from. The game itself is all that matters, right?

You'd be surprised man. Look at some comments on games made with GS, I remember one saying "how much did gamesalad pay to put one of their games as free app of the day? atleast its free which all gamesalad games should be. most of them are terrible. i haven't kept one in my game library since i first got my iphone years ago. as soon as i see gamesalad it's usually instant delete. this looks o.k though"

Those people are probably just prejudice.
GameSalad is improving, and they need to give it a chance.

Umm ... No. GameSalad is a great tool but it does have a bad reputation out there. I dont pay $499 to use a custom splash screen just to write GameSalad in the description. It will shy people away from trying your app. Most users dont know and dont care but some do and as there are a lot of quick, crappy GameSalad games out there it has somewhat tarnished the reputation!

To be honest, i've never seen anyone mention in their description that there game was made with GameSalad. lol

here is the way I see that. if they have the free version, than the people know its made with GS. if they have the pro, than they paid their dues and shouldnt have to mention GS.

How much ram do you have? I use a 13" mbp too and it has crashed once on startup, i say ignore and then launch again and its fine
