Why are my sales not appearing?

Hey guys

I got I kinda glitch with the reports on sales.. its been about 5 days with no sales at all.. and normally I was hovering around 5-7 sales a day.. after being sad for a couple of days for no sales. I started noticing that people where reviewing my app, but still no sales numbers appear the next day.. So I ask a friend to buy the app for me and he bought it yesterday and today on the sales report I got 0 sales from yesterday even thou I'm positive someone bought at least 1.

anyone had a similar issues? should I contact apple?

try downloading the raw logs from itunes connect. do they show 0 sales?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Are you looking under the correct tab? There are reports for paid apps, free apps, in apps, and updates, and it doesn't always default to paid apps when you log in to check sales and such.

I got my sales back..

Weird it was some sort of browser cookie issue. I checked them on my desktop and they were all there.. deleted the browsing history and cookies from the laptop and they reappear..
