Help with viewer! Watched tutorial but doesnt help!

Hi, im trying to work with viewer, however, i cant seem to even load the start page that im told to go to (iOS provisioning portal?) it just doesnt seem to be there, and ive looked everywhere!

    ah ok. so there is no way of using viewer to test out games on the iPhone without paying the money?

    i thought that now the viewer was free to install on the iPhone purely for testing?

    it is free, but you cant install anything on your device without joining the dev program. this has been discussed a thousand times
