Response time from iTunes Connect support

There's something wrong with my iTunes Connect account. Although I'm a registered/paying iOS developer, there are no options for me to handle my apps on iTunes connect (only options for my music - I have music on the iTunes Store).

So, I mailed the support at itunesconnect@apple.com (after speaking to a nice lady on the developer support team) last thursday 17th. And today it's monday and still no reply from them. :-(

Then I found info on the web that they usually take one week or more to respond.

Anybody else here with experince in this?

    Amazing.. Makes you feel they really care about the developers.. ;-)
    Actually I had similar problems with lousy support from Apple 5-6 years ago when I first started adding my music to iTunes. Fast forward half a century and nothing has changed.

    Now it's been a week since I mailed them and still no response. Crazy.

    Five weeks later and Apple finally contacted me. That's got to be a record of some sorts. I had to solve this myself a month ago by registering a new developer account.
