Trying to upload update... for third day.

Trying to update my Japanese Soroban for iPad. I submit it and "Uploading Game Project..." just churns away forever but never gets beyond that. I've uploaded and updated many apps and haven't had this trouble. Any new gotchas I should be aware of?
