Gamesalad Viewer not seeing device.

I am having trouble setting up my device (iPod Touch) with the Gamesalad Viewer. I've installed everything needed seemingly correctly but it's all of a sudden not seeing my device anymore. Oddly, it saw a device the very first time I opened Gamesalad Creator yet the device it saw was the Mac itself not the iPod Touch. I've tried some problem solving which seems to fail me. If anyone needs the exact steps I took and settings I chose I will post screen shots.

    turn off you firewall setting for few mins and try again. I faced problem connecting to gamesalad viewer and it because of firewall.

    Well the iPod Touch is connected to the Mac. Both are on the same network as I saw was needed in a help documentation. I am able to connect to Gamesalad Viewer and I can even use the Simulator. Just not seeing my device at all.
