My app is ready for sale now what?

Hello guys

I just got an email saying that my app is now ready for sale. However when I go to itunes connect > manage applications and click on the view in appstore link.. I get a message saying that the item I requested is not currently available.. does it take some time to appear on the appstore after it says ready for sale or do I have to do something for my app to appear? I already set the availability date to yesterday when I submitted the app and I think i have all in order with my contracts and stuff
