gamesalad viewer loads then shuts off

my older files of the game im working on work in the viewer on my iphone but my two latest files start loading then says device disconnected all the time . Anybody had this error before? help please!

    as far as i know yeh, it hasnt asked me to update or anything and i only updated the newest one like a month ago. is it maybe some code crashing it?.. my other files though are not drastically different. arggh

    Done that already :(

    Ive read past similar problems and people have had success by restoring there phone, but i use my phone for personal use, will that wipe everything, contacts etc?
