Dragon Ball Z Soundboard just submitted! And Questions.

Hey all,
I just submitted a quick project up into the appstore. It is a soundboard, for one of my favorite shows of all time; Dragon Ball Z (the first one on the appstore). The submitted version only contains 30 sounds from the show, but I'm going to submit an update quickly. The only thing I was worried about is that it may either not get accepted or I could be forced into taking it down due to legal issues, which is why I did not take the extra couple hours to add the extra couple sounds immediately.
A couple questions I have for you are firstly, do you think that there is a chance apple could refuse it? I sure hope not. Also, how well do soundboards sell for tv shows. I've heard a couple success stories like I believe there was a swedish one (not sure if it was swedish) that was published in one country and sold 6000 units in four days as well as other ones. I'm not hoping to sell that much, but do you think there is opportunity for maybe a few units a day, or maybe even a hundred in the first few days? That would be great
