Is this New? 10MB or less to upload to GS

I think I just saw this message for the first time.
Tried to publish to GS for iPhone and in red it says
on the bottom:
Your game project must be 10MB or less.

    That's odd. There is no limit on project size as far as I'm aware of. Did you try a restart and re-login of GameSalad and go for it again?

    The 10MB limit is only for posting games onto www.gamesalad.com

    Make sure you have the correct publishing option selected.
