Where are Promo Codes in iTunesConnect?

Sorry guys,
but in my itunesconnect page today I can't find the promocodes button, something changed?

How can I obtain promo codes for my app now :) ?

    The app has to have been approved by Apple, then choose your app then view details and finally click promo codes, its a blue button in the top right.
