so I published..

so I published my ipad app via iTunes connect and the confusing part is, it wanted ALL the same information I put into gamesalad publisher (description, tags, categories, etc.) also I needed to re-upload my icon.. now the icon ISN'T glossy and rounded since I had to upload the original to iTunes connect.

whats the point of this? having to type it in twice, and how do I make my iTunes connect icon glossy and rounded? or will it automatically do that once approved?

I never fill in the info for gmaesalad, it is pointless.
As for the icon, you need to just upload the regular, and unless you told it otherwise in the plist, It will automatically be glossy on the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad

they will round the corners of the icon for you, it'll show up square in itunes connect to start with, it'll change to rounded on it's own.

    Good idea to:
Create a Folder for your completed projects...name it something like 2 up 2  and keep on your desktop
in it make subFolders with game titles names

and SaveAs your final project to subFolder...
put its provisioning profiles in there (even though GS use the xcode for this)
    save your screenShots
    save your icon
write your description in a textFile and any other things you may need to copy/paste in iTunes Connect
    store your promo codes there...
when you publish to GS...store the build package there...
(when you are in ApplicationLoader you know where to look)

Thanks for the tip @StusApps...about cutting corners! :D like know things like that!
