Help: Application failed codesign verification.

Hello,
Does anyone know how to solve the problem when you're trying to upload your app with Application Loader
and you get the message
"Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an Apple submission certificate"
I have search though the forum. The answer I got was to use "iTune Connect" which is to upload via the web browser but right now Apple has closed it.
The only way to upload the app is by Application Loader.
Can anyone suggest? Where should I check for the error?
