Promo Code expired?

Hi,
I tried to create a new Promo Code from my iTunes Connect account. Every code I create is expired on iTunes.
Did you ever have this kind of issue? Could you please give me some advice?

They do expire and are limited to 50 per app/upgrade...and I think you get 2 weeks.

Yeah, I know, but isn't this wierd that I create a new promo code, and it is already expired? It should start couting this two weeks from the creation date, right?

the only real limitations are you get 50 per release, but you have 4 weeks, not 2 before they expire. So, if you requested 50 promo codes for version 1.0, and version 1.1 comes out the next day, you can request 50 more, and you'll have 100 promo codes to give away.

What's the exact error message you are seeing?

Yesterday I had created a NEW promo code in my iTunes Connect account, and gave it to one of the forum members. I got a reply from this person, saying that this promo code is expired. So I created a second promo code, and got another message from this person that this promo code is also expired.
So I decided to inspect it.
I clicked Redeem in iTunes, entered this code, and I see this message:
"The offer associated with that song code has expired".

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with promocodes - absolutely new ones don't work, saying "The offer associated with that song code has expired".
It seems like a problem on Apple's side, I've contacted them about this issue, waiting for their reply.

I've had the same problem, while trying to send codes to reviewers. Also, is anyone else getting weird spikes or drops in sales?
