Questions on iOS individual developer

I've searched around this forum but Im still a little confused

Ok so you can pay the $99 fee with a credit card(is paypal also an option?) and is that it? Are you required to fill in tax info and all that through the signup process or you can fill that stuff in later?

If read Apple pays you directly to your bank, is that the only payment option?

    You pay with credit card, as far as i know thats the only option.

    And the name on the credit card has to match the name exactly that you put on the dev account.

    They pay you at the end of the month, for the month before. ITs a direct deposit into you bank.

    You can buy the dev account and fill out your tax and bank info later, but you wont be able to have a app for sale in the appsotre til you do, youll only be alloud free apps till you fill out that info.

    I think you need to fill in the bank info to submit an app. But until then, you dont really HAVE to.

    Guess I need to go over this with my parents first :p or release a couple of lite versions and see how it goes
