Testing on iPad

Is there any possible way to test a GameSalad game w/o a $99 Apple iOS Developer acct. One of my junior high students just finished creating one of the tutorial games, and we'd like to test it out on one of the school's iPads. I doubt there there is any money in the budget for an iOS Dev. acct...

Thanks!

Jason

Nope, unfortunately not. You need to create provisioning profiles for your ipad using the dev account.

Actually this might work its a school acct and you can have up to 200 students on it per university but it might just be for higher education but its worth a shot! http://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/university/

I contacted Apple about their University Developer Program. You're right, it's worth a shot! :)

You could jailbreak and self sign but it might not be the best path to point juniors towards and requires considerable effort...surely a school can muster up $99, a quick fundraiser?

"The University Program is only available to qualified, degree granting, higher education institutions." so I don't think thats gonna play...

or get someone to do an ad hoc build for you very easy once they now your UDID, in fact I would think you could get an ad hoc build of the viewer which would be more useful to the students in the long run.
