"Your account does not have to correct permissions"

This appears when I am trying to publish a game. Please help! Why don't I have permission?
I don't for iphone,web,ipad, or any MAC. I for some reasons could yesterday. Why can't I now?

    Hey lukey,
    there are a few ways to fix this ...

    you could simply try to log out/in and see if that does it

    someone also suggested to only log in at the publishing stage

    Now the same thing happened to me and so I registered a new account (second one) which worked right away :)

    It works for me now after closing and reopening it.
