Not Noticing Provisioning Profile

I have just made a development provisioning profile for my second game. I have downloaded that provisioning profile onto my computer. The problem is that gamesalad will not recognize the provisioning profile. It only shows the profiles of my first game. Can anyone help me?

    If you go into Xcode -> Window->Organizer then the Provisioning Profile section on the left side, do you see the provisioning profile installed?
