Tax and Age Question

Hi,

Sorry if these are silly questions to ask but I just need a bit of clarification on these particular topic.

As I am only 14 I know I need my parents to do all the tax information, but because I already have an app waiting in review, and it will be out shortly I was wondering, if Apple doesn't have the tax information (As I'm sending it out Tuesday) will the app be able to go on sale, and will I be able to collect profits?

Also since I am only 14 I know I can't have my name and information on everything. My question is can I have myself as the copy right holder, and the person under the contact info?

Sorry if I'm not clear with what I wrote I realize now I didn't word it the best, but hopefully someone can give me some assistance and point me in the correct direction.

Nope you have to have all tax info and contracts in before the app will go live. you will be able to have your name on the app in certain places but I believe whoever's name is on the iOS developer account is who will show on the app

No, if your tax and bank information isnt completeed, when the apps approved it wont be in the appstore till thats done.

And the name for the contact infro should be the same as the credit card info, and the tax and bank info. you can put your own name in the copyright info for each app in its description though.
