why am I getting iso deployment target must be 3.2 error

Like the title says I am trying to upload an ipad app to apple.
Anybody know how to fix this.
I did not get this with my other ipad app

when you publish the game make sure you click on advanced and select 3.2 as the target OS. there was no 3.0 OS and that's what is selected by default
