Black lines appear after publishing in 1280x800 res?

Hi
Trying to build for the Mac App Store....but after publishing...the left and right edges of the scene show 2 black bars maybe 40 pixels wide the entire screen height?
This was not happening during publishing last week? Any ideas?

Do you notice a thin white strip on the right or left side too?
but last week (I saved my first batch of test mac apps) there are NO black lines? I re-opened and re-saved all today....and now they do?
so it must be a change on the server side?
