How to delete an app that is in "waiting to be reviewed"????

I'm trying to delete my app that's in "waiting for review" state but there is no option in iTunes connect.
Do I have to wait till it's approved/ rejected?

goto your app and select reject binary. After reject select delete app on right side between game center and iads buttons

once its in review you cant reject the binary im pretty sure, and if you delete the app youll never be able to use that name again.

I'm renaming it. Which is why I'm taking it down. Wasn't approved in time :(
I only got "reject binary" option on another app that said "waiting for upload".
So yea I think John is right.

I found a minor bug while my app is waiting for review. Can i reject binary and upload fixed version. Will I lose my spot in waiting to upload and start the wait all over?

you will lose your spot. its better to just have an update ready, wait for it to be approved, then upload the patch and contact them asking for a 1 time expedited review.

I didn't know that existed so that's what I did a little earlier today!

    I'm glad you knew/mentioned that. Thanks :)
