Hello guys,
I was wondering, what software do you use do create incredible graphics like in cart cow for example? Where do you learn how to use them, do you have tutorial links?
Thanks for your help

That was probably done in Photoshop, but it's not the tools that makes the graphic, it's the user behind it.

I'm personally using illustrator cs5 more n more. Mostly because the shape building approach can be really powerful for beginners and the art is scaleable.

Thats like asking "how can I be as awesome as qbanyto?"

The truth is there is no ONE way. In fact u can use Microsoft paint and create awesome looking shyt.

Photoshop and flash and illustrator is a good place to start. :)

was that second picture really necessary?
image 1 and the two descriptions would/should have been enough! ;)

LMAO@ Hunnenkoenig. I actually did laugh out loud there.

Poor kid though - Hey I've been a Graphic Artist/Designer for 11 years now...1 word: PRACTICE. In art and many other professions, you'll always be practicing.

    HA HA HA !!!!

    V funny...

Use Illustrator - Vectors are the key; especially when it comes to scaling images for ipad to iphone etc...

You might try 'Pencil' from sourceforge as it's free and does vector and bitmap and can output to png. I would also highly recommend a drawing tablet as drawing with a mouse is as easy as signing your name with a bar of soap. Scanning real drawings as a basis to start from is good as well and can be traced.

After many years working as an illustrator and animator I still prefer to work on paper and then scan and clean up drawings, or trace from them. Doodling is a great place to start. And if your drawing skills are limited go for simple and stylish over aspiring to naturalistic and/or complex. If you find something in what you draw amuses or satisfies you, take it further. An hour of mucking about might well find you with some starting point that is worth taking on to becoming a real character, and even if you just sit in front the the tv while you do it it is all practice. And yes...it is practice as in all things reaps rewards.

If you are after learning to animate I would recommend the book The Animator's Survival KIt by RIchard Williams and if you are filthy rich/very serious/want the very best self learning reference and tutorials then Richard Williams Box set of DVDs is the richest source for an animator that there is.

But start by drawing. You can go a long, long way with very simple tools, time and imagination.

    And good luck
