What to include in a good template

So my teammate carter, and I are ready to start "shipping" our two templates. What would be the best way to sell them? I know when you buy a template from Darren, there is a download immediately link. How do you get that "Download Immediately" link?

That's a paypal thing you set it to go to a page with your download link.

Or you could add in a shopping cart like we have over at http://www.deepblueideas.com/Deep_Blue_Ideas_Ltd./Home.htmlit the roman cart was pretty expensive at nearly $500 but we made that back on the 1st day with sales and it has a lot of behind the scenes features we wanted so depends how serious you are with all this imo.
