Mac App Store publishing error: Exited with exit code: 173

Anyone else getting this error in their console? I tried converting one of my iPad Games to a Mac App for fun. I created all certificates and published successfully, but when I try and run the test app, it prompts me for my appleID account, I enter the test account I created and it just flashes down on the doc and closes. After that I see this error in the log:
