apple said to me in their website...

"We would like to remind you of the Export Compliance clause you agreed to as part of the Apple Developer program.
If you provided us with an Encryption Registration Number (ERN) for any apps sold with encryption in 2010, you are required to file a self-classification report with the U.S. government by February 1, 2011.
You can find instructions on how to file annual self-classification reports at http://www.bis.doc.gov/encryption/question4_sub.htm."

whats this?

Did you check the yes box instead of no when you were asked if your app has encryption?

It appears they seem to think your submitting apps with some sort of encryption applied to them.

When you submit an app for approval it asks you if the app has encryption... you should select the NO option. Looks like you might have selected YES instead.

I think theres issues with various countries that dont like encrypted apps being sold, for "security" reasons, so if youve said your apps are encrypted, you need to supply additional paperwork.

the post states 'IF you did..." I got this too and I know that none of my apps were listed as encrypted. Its just a blanket reminder. ignore it.
