Actor shows up blank in game salad viewer

hey guys : )! I just got my developer kit and started viewing my game on the game salad viewer : ). i am having one problem. One of my actors shows up blank on my iphone game. It is just a white empty square. I have no idea why! is this normal?

    It is my badguy actor. originally, I had a placeholder image, but I did upgrade the graphic to a newer one, and all I did was just drag the new image from the image section on top of the actor in the actor pane. I replaced the old images by deleting them and dragging the new actor from the actor pane.

    so whether it was on the scene(I made new levels after) or not after updating the image, it still wont show up.

    I deleted the actor and remade him, it stills hows up as a white space in gamesalad viewer : (

    Yea, I don't know what causes this. I am having the same issue. Tried remaking also to no luck... I am just waiting for it to hopefully be fixed.

    Hey guys I was able to fix it. Here is what I did.

    Deleted the actor and all instances of it from actor pane
    delted image from image pane
    Saved my game
    renamed my imagefile to something else (from image1 to image2)
    readded to gamesalad
    readded as actor

    then it worked : ) thanks everyone
