Xcode Exit Code 5 ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I downloaded all base sdk's from 2.2.1- 4.2. xcode kept deleting them somehow so i went back and reinstalled all of them. being so happy, i go to build gsviewer for my iphone 4.1 and it says this:

Can anybody help me!!!!!!?!?!?!?! I can build it and test it on the simulators no errors, but not to the device directly!!!!!!! help please!!!!!!
