Problems in 0.6.1

Ok so I have two issues, games that I made in 0.6.0 are missing things when I open them in 0.6.1 and the bigger problem why can't I download the project folder? All I get is the .app????? that I have to drag into iTunes? When I go to manage and his download it loads me to some screen that just goes blank it doesn't download the project file like it used to.

Please help.
