Individual or Company - iOS Dev Account Type

Did you guys/gals register as an Individual or as a Company when you paid for your iOS Dev Program?
I registered as an individual, but I'm second-guessing my decision. Is it possible to switch account types? I've searched around on my profile on their website, but haven't seen an option for switching. So, I'm guessing it's impossible.
Do you think it's a big deal to release games under your individual name and not a company? Does it hurt my chances of looking legit to potential downloaders?

Although, i'm still interested in what everyone's views are on this and how they've registered.

To be honest, registering as a company is a pain in the ass.
I registered as a company, because I wanted my company being out there officially, but to be honest, it doesn't matter.
You don't get extras as a company and I think, your tax office doesn't care if below your app they read "John Doe" or "Johndoe LTD."
Go with individual and if you sell your game, put in "Copy Right" your company name, so the seller will be "John Doe" but the copy right goes to "Johndoe Ltd."
