The reviews its getting are'nt very nice, but then it is free and for some reason people resent playing games that are free. Well done to who ever for getting in the top 25...
Any one owning up to it being their game?
Who ever has made 'Made in Arms' has stolen images from the official Call of Duty games.... tut tut tut...
if not? what exactly is he doing?
.... apart from giving gamesalad a bad name.
thats a problem with free software, its shite like this that makes me wants to move away from the gamesalad branding we are all associated with. as anyone can make something rubbish and become number 1. its also the problem with Apple store.
Now every game after which shows a gamesalad icon will be perceived as a load of crap.
For example, when you purchase a game that was developed with a 'professional' engine (whether it is an inhouse developed engine or externally used SDK such as PhysX) and it doesn't meet your expectations, do you hold that against the developer?
Personally, I don't think that the massive letdown that was Doom 3 (complete with monster closets and the lack of duct tape to attach your flashlight to your weapon) is going to hold me back from buying Doom 19 when it eventually sees the light of day (when its done!), nor anyone else that liked previous incarnations.
I guess what I am getting at is that it is as much the developer behind the product as the tools. That's why it is important to find a tool that you are comfortable with, can produce quality products with it and stick with it so that you can build up a brand that can withstand the occasional storm when a product doesn't meet everyones expectations.
@Scitunes, I realize that they don't see it until after purchase and I know that if it is a good game it will succeed no matter the splash. I just wish there was a way to keep some really embarrassing games with the GS Splash from reaching the app store.
Also some of the most successful apps leave no clue with what engine it was made with and when that info is released it's kind of a surprise and brings other devs checking that engine out.
I think we're all on the same page maybe I just worded it incorrectly,
Definitely cheapens good work made in gamesalad when this kind of stuff gets released.

1. I was almost physically sick with embarrasment
2. The icon has nothing to do with the game
3. The in-game name is totally different to the app store name - how did this get by Apple?
4. The guy has taken screenshots from Call of Duty 4 to use as his static backgrounds. This is misleading to the customer and probably violates copyright.
5. The First Person gun doesn't move - it just instantly switches to the new position
6. The targets are all the same badly drawn sprites
Now I try and encourage everyone that comes to these forums, as do many others, to make games. It's fun and addictive and fulfilling to make a game.
However, to whom it may concern:
Let this game be the low point. No more please.
Stop trying to con people.
Stop trying to mislead the customer.
Give the customer value
Put some fucking effort into your games.
