The Adventures of Bluey and Pinky

Hi everyone! This is my first game and everyone I show seems to be liking it.
So here is the goal--- You can choose your character either Bluey or Pinky, and then you have to find all of the coins in each level. There are 3 coins in all of them. Some of them are hidden, some are out in the open, and some are just hard to get.
Here is a cheesy trailer I made because I was bored.
It had about eight levels but the file got corrupted so I had to start over from the beginning, (well sorta because it's made with Darren's template).
I have finished the menu and the first two levels.

@Basseman "Art is included in the platform pack" So once he buys the template he can do what he wants with it.
Just as people suggested above, change up the background and graphics. Also, on the rotating block, you don't need the text on there, that was for the demo...
iMove's trailer features, covering up a game with seemingly no features other than the "template" you paid for with a teeeny tiiiny extra bit of this and that maybe?
makes me sad
that's good to know that it's just a vid of the wip
My brother and I have done all of the graphics on our idevices.
I didn't mention I was thirteen because on toucharcde people were getting ticked off because I mentioned it.
There are so many resources out there, free graphics, free illustrator programs, and you can even hand drawn and scan your graphics into your computer and use those. The possibilities are endless really, and you don't have to spend a fortune to do it right.
Also, the "I'm 13, or 14" and made a game, is great, but it gets old after awhile.
There is clearly a lot of talent, and a lot of young talent, so people don't like hearing, "Hey I'm 13 and made a game" because the bottom line is, will I play your game or not? Is it good? I think the feeling is, when someone that age publishes a game, they expect kudos when it wasn't as polished as it could be or so on.
So GL, and don't hesitate to ask for resources for graphics, and even if you have some cash to spare, you could make it so much better.
Good luck to you
Since this is a WIP and you only have a few levels done you have plenty of time to make it your own.
If your having any trouble getting some graphics the way you want them bang me an email at simon (at) resqwest .net (note the .net part) or leave a post here and I'll see if I can help you out a bit. I also purchased Darren's platform template so also if you're having trouble changing some of the gameplay a bit let m eknow that as well.
Good luck.
-I'm sorry, but what you said just ticked me off!
"So GL, and don't hesitate to ask for resources for graphics..."
-Thanks.
You made the video look like a trailer for a game, and all the footage was template-tastic.
That's all. No need to get ticked off.
You have explained yourself, let's all move on, and I'm sure everyone here is looking forward to seeing what you have done with the template to turn it into a full game.
Good luck with it all. We all feel your pain re: budgets and stuff, so no need to explain yourself.
I think it's great these days that younger people such as yourself can get into producing and publishing games,
It's very much like the early 1980's all over again in a way.
