Game on app store wont load for some users
Some users with older handsets are experiencing crashes of one of our gamesalad products. It seems to be random, with some users with the same handsets being able to play a particular game, whilst others cannot. It is now affecting our reviews and our sales. GameSalad.. HELP! We have to fix this and upload an update asap.

If your game has bad performence on old handset, make the requirement to for example, (Require ipad, iphone 4, iphone 3gs, itouch 4,itouch 3, these handsets has higher ram and cpu) instead of all handset may helpful
Have you received any repeatable steps to create the crash? It may be that the game is too big or uses too much memory for older devices. I would suggest sending us a message via our Contact page (the link to which you can find at the bottom right corner of this page). This will make sure it gets in front of tech support team, who should be able to offer some assistance.
