I keep getting "Publishing server is experiencing problems"...

Acting very n00b as of late, but what should I do? Is it my provisioning profile?

    Log in then log out, then log in again then try again see if it works

    I tried that and it didn't work for me. I'll try doing that again, but so far I'm still failing to successfully upload my game.

    It is a 140MB game so it takes a long time uploading and then gives me the "Publishing server is experiencing problems" message after a long wait. Repeatedly.
