Hi everyone,
I entered a game in the National STEM Video Game challenge. This challenge was to create a working mobile game prototype that teaches science, technology, engineering, or math. I created a game called a sciTunes Human Body Adventure to teach kids about the systems of the human body. It is for preK - 4th graders.
Here's what I would greatly appreciate:
I need you to vote for my game! http://cooney-stem.skild.com/Vote.jsp
You'll need to create an account and then click "applause" next to my game (right now it is listed first - "a sciTunes Human Body Adventure)
The winner gets to go to LA for a rather exclusive conference for technology in education.
Thanks guys!

Really excited and happy for you, Dan.
downloaded the proto... can't wait to get the kids going on this.
I enjoyed it myself... not enough education about your body and it is something you have with you every day of your life!
Thanx...MH
good luck......we are entered too but choose not to vote public...? our project took about 4 months and had a large team of 15....from Columbia...we worked as a team showing high school kids the game dev process...

Good Luck!
Was it made by the high school students?
The girls jumped in on game specs, flow, play features, vo, etc....and a few of us led the coding and development schedules. There was not time to teach any coding this round. All Chicago area high schoolers.....

This is awesome! Applauded!
If you don't mind, I'd like to do a little write up on our blog and tweet this out to all of our followers. Well done, Dan, and keep up the awesome work!
