Does anyone know a good " Particle Effect " program .

    I will have a mega template pack available soon in conjunction with Wayne, he has a whole project on particles.

    Thani...you can do particles in GameSalad itself. It's pretty cool.

    Otherwise you can do some great particle effects using After Effects and some built in effects or a plugin called Particular and render out a png sequence. quite an expensive route...not sure if there is a cheaper option..
