Splash screen will not appear for me

I'm a pro developer so I can add my own customized loading screen. However all I can see when a game is published I'd a blank white screen?

Something I'm doing wrong perhaps? Anyone else experience this issue?

    You cannot add your own "Custom" loading screen....

    They have taken out this feature.

    Yup, same is happening to me with my old pro account.

    But it has the capability when publishing under the advanced tab? Guess it's disabled then?

    Why not leave it out of the build..... Weird.

    That's not true, original pro members who paid 2k still have custom splash if their accounts haven't yet expired
