A problem with certificates..

Ihave tried everything! My certicicates are all there in the right place:
in the keychain, under login, in certificates...but in the xcode orginizer it says "a valid signing identity matching this profile could not be found in this keychain" argggh! and when i publish everything goes smoothly until i choose my place for the file to be saved: it does not go on to finished and the published file is not there in my folder! Please help and thanks in advance!
note: i have moved this post into tech support from iphone publishing..
