Hey, Everybody!
Mini Cannon & Mini Cannon HD, the first original community titles published as part of the Accelerator program, are live on App Store!
Developed by Big Bananapps (Tshirtbooth to our Forum members), Mini Cannon & Mini Cannon HD bring physics puzzles and platformer action together in 80 unique and challenging levels. Spikes, moving platforms, warp zones and more serve as obstacles as you try to land your cannon balls in the bucket while collecting as many golden stars as you can!
The engaging cartoon graphics and realistic physics make the game fun to both play and watch! Target or tracking arc options offer gamers the ability to play based on their personal preference.
“Big Bananapps has been a stand-out development studio in our community. They have a history of building high quality games that are fun for the entire family,” said Steve Felter, CEO of GameSalad. “Mini Cannon is the next great title in their collection and we couldn’t be more proud to have such a great game usher in our Accelerator program.”
Also, we will posting an official GameSalad Mini Cannon Sweepstakes tweet through our official Twitter account. By following and retweeting the official message, you can earn a chance to win one of ten USB Cannons with foam missiles. Again, all you have to do is follow @GameSalad and be on the lookout for our official contest tweet. Retweet the official message to your group of followers and you'll be entered for a chance to win.
All retweets must be made before 5pm CST on December 26th, 2010. Prize drawing will occur on or around January 6th, 2011.

A rare resurgence has occurred. Usually when an app falls off the charts, it's gone for good... unless it gets featured. The app doesn't appear to be featured yet, but it has returned to be ranked amongst the best of the puzzlers.
