i been noticing lately on some on the apps in itunes that some have the sign + near their original price
what does that mean ?
and if it means that you can buy addons or buy to unlock some functions can we implement it in the games ? ( maybe pay to open a set of levels )

i just tryed field runners game app

it has the option to buy some additioal map within the app it self
how can we do that ?

You can't at the moment. In-app purchases are not available with GameSalad.
