How to register Canadian iPhone? No country selection on form :(( BAD Apple!

Hi guys,
i can not register (finishing setup) as there is no choice to pick Canada. Submitting it generates an error message that the postal code must be 5 digits.
never mind ... the country selection is on the previous page ... duh!
